Project Stakeholders do well to engage learners with inspired information flow, enhanced learning designs, creative, strategic lesson materials or corporate training interactions that spark the Learner’s “a-ha!” moment – those behavior changes that translate to personal success.

People learn by doing.  Kids learn when playing.  Inspired educational experiences entertain and challenge a person to reach for the next lesson step.  It’s a delicate art to strike the instructional balance between learner motivation, design esthetic and desire to practice but that’s what sparks personal successes that impact change.

Hi, I’m Lauren. I’m a UI/UX certified instructional designer (CPLP) delivering creative and engaging learning solutions across academic & corporate industries. 

For over 20 years, I’ve been helping organizations achieve greater client and staff technical performance by designing user experiences to develop new websites, skillsets and organizational learning systems. 

I help companies that applaud their clients and the people that work for them by offering training that delights, informs, and impacts performance while delivering on measurable business goals.

Previously I was Tech Training Manager at EcoSys and created the blended online client program for enterprise project forecasting, measurement and reporting based on Adobe Captivate, Connect and Presenter.

Further refining my Learning & UI/UX Design expertise with the ATD Learning & Performance certification, I thrive in progressive environments where the client vision engages around best practices to empower their teams to achieve desired project goals together.
